Hey guys, it's Ramazan again. I'm back with another blog about social media and its impact on our mental health. Today, I want to talk about something that is very close to my heart - self-esteem. As a young person who uses social media regularly, I know firsthand how damaging it can be to compare yourself to others. We are bombarded with images of people who seem to have it all - perfect bodies, perfect relationships, and perfect lives. It's easy to fall into the trap of feeling like we don't measure up.But here's the thing - social media is a highlight reel. People only show the best parts of their lives online. We should never forget that. We should focus on our own strengths and accomplishments, and celebrate the things that make us unique.
