The Social Media and it's effects on our mental health
Hello guys, I am Ramazan, I am writing this blog, because there are so many people at my age using social media everyday, and some are really badly affected by social media. I want to remind them, you are not alone, also i will be writing blogs about social media, Good Reading!
As a 20-year-old, social media has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. While it's great to be able to connect with friends and family online, I've also noticed that social media can have a big impact on my mental health.
One of the ways that social media affects me is by making me feel like I'm missing out on things. I've also noticed that social media can be a source of negativity, with arguments and hate speech that can be damaging to my mental health
However, I've also found that social media can have some positive impacts on my mental health. It can be a great way to find support from others who are going through similar experiences, and it can also provide a sense of community and belonging.
To manage the impact of social media on my mental health, I try to be mindful of how much time I spend on social media and how it makes me feel. I take breaks from social media when I need to, and I make sure to balance my screen time with other activities that promote my mental health, like exercise and spending time with friends in person.
